PART-TIME FACILITIES MANAGER – CHURCH

Location: Lexington, KY
Schedule: Part-Time – Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Part-Time Facilities Manager to help maintain and oversee the church campus. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee general maintenance and upkeep of the church and facilities
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
• Monitor building systems and report maintenance issues
• Assist with room setups and breakdowns for church events and activities
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Perform light cleaning and grounds maintenance as needed
• Keep track of maintenance needs, supplies, and projects
• Ensure facilities are ready for services, meetings, and special events
• Respond to facility-related needs in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous facilities, maintenance, custodial, or building management experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable performing basic repairs and maintenance
• Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks as needed
